Family Start
Parenting programme working with whanau and their babies from Haputanga 2nd trimester to 3 years. A home visiting programme conducted fortnightly by a whanau worker to support whanau in their goals and education on important parenting topics through the stages.
Whānau Services
A service working with whānau that have children of any age. This service is targeted towards whanau with high and complex needs that require intensive support including court, police, drug and alcohol etc.
Whānau Ora
Supporting whānau to realise their dreams and aspirations through a kaupapa Maori lens. This service is open to any whanau who would like support toward removing barriers and achieving their goals.
MDCAT
MDCAT is the Multi-Disciplinary Cross-Agency Team, a family harm team consisting of government agency partners and NGO’s to provide a holistic approach to addressing family harm for whanau. Referrals through Police only.
Whānau Resilience
Supporting whānau through family harm, offering a unique one to one approach towards strengthening and healing whanau who are impacted by family harm.
Safety Watches - Help @ Hand Safety watches that connect to Police support. These watches are allocated to whanau at risk of family harm to promote safety and are monitored with combined support from a Whanau Resilience navigator.

Te Pae Oranga
Te Pae Oranga Iwi Community Panels are a way that Police and iwi/Māori partners deal with crime and prevent reoffending. It’s an approach that holds offenders accountable while also helping them address problems they’re facing. Available through Police referral.
